Sport Watch
This is my first digital Armitron watch. It has 5 alarms, a birthday mode, a 24 hour stopwatch, a 24 hour countdown timer that stops at the end, but does not have a repeat mode. The alarms beeper is good and loud. The white numbers are big but are easier seen with light reflecting off of them. If this could be a bother to you, then the model (408218RED) with the black numbers and letters will be easier to see. The Bezel material is made of plastic, so even though the watch is shock resistant and says High Performance I would not want to let it get banged around very hard. The band is made of resin and is very comfortable. The dial window is receded in the Bezel so is protected somewhat from getting scratched. I like the watch so much I plan on buying the other model with the numbers and letters in black. In the past I have paid $15 dollars just to have a battery replaced in a watch so the low price of this watch makes it a great buy. Because the numbers and letters are sometimes hard to see I am giving this watch only 3 stars but the model with black letters and numbers I would give 5 stars.
